These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Intalliux website and our AI-powered sales automation, CRM implementation, workflow automation, and sales process optimization services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Intalliux ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging us for the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Using Our Website & Requesting Services

You must be authorized to act on behalf of your business to request a workflow demo, book a consultation, or engage us for services. You agree to provide accurate information so we can properly scope and deliver the work.

2. Engagements & Payment

Services are scoped and quoted per engagement, as described in a proposal, statement of work, or the package outlined on our Pricing page. One-time implementation fees and ongoing monthly monitoring, optimization, or support fees will be agreed before work begins.. Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as required by law or as otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Third-Party Platforms We Implement

We do not operate our own CRM or automation software. As part of our Services, we configure and connect third-party platforms you select or that we recommend (for example, CRM, email, WhatsApp, or workflow-automation providers). Your use of those third-party platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and you are responsible for maintaining any accounts, licenses, or subscriptions with them. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, or practices of third-party providers.

4. Acceptable Use

• ✓You will not ask us to configure workflows for unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited communications
• ✓You will not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our website or internal systems
• ✓You will provide us access only to data you have the right to share for the purpose of the engagement
• ✓You will comply with applicable data protection and communications laws in how the workflows we build are used

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all business data you share with us during an engagement ("Client Data"). We use Client Data solely to scope, build, test, and deliver the workflows and automations you've engaged us for, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Our website, brand, and any original documentation, playbooks, or process templates we provide are owned by Intalliux. Workflows and configurations built inside your own CRM or automation accounts remain yours after delivery.; these Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features beyond what's needed to reference our work.

7. Termination

Either party may end an ongoing management engagement in accordance with the notice period agreed in your proposal or statement of work. We may pause or decline further work if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

8. Disclaimers

Our website and Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Results such as response-time or conversion improvements referenced on this site are illustrative of past client outcomes and are not guaranteed for every business.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intalliux will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or Services, including issues arising from third-party platforms we help configure.
